  • Qualitative Researcher

    Job description:

    • Writes the transcriptions/ content analysis of the Focus Groups and In Depth Interviews;
    • Assists and takes notes in real time on the basis of focus groups and In Depths Interviews
    • Conducts qualitative analysis of the focus groups and in-depth interviews and writes qualitative research reports;
    • Continuously develops and updates his knowledge regarding a broad range of domains: FMCG, pharmaceutical, telecommunication, etc;
    • Develops his soft skills and knowledge in order to be assigned with more complex tasks and projects:
      • moderating Focus-Groups and In Depth Interviews
      • ethnographic research: observing people in their homes and other environments
      • design methodological proposals and discussion guides
      • development of conclusions, recommendations and further marketing related suggestions.

     

    Profile of the ideal candidate:

    • Background in Psychology/ Sociology/ Marketing;
    • Good listening and interpretations skills;

    Job description:

    • Sampling and questionnaire design
    • Data base validation (using SPSS)
    • Checking outputs for logical consistency/ correctness
    • Performs statistical analysis;
    • Working with Senior Researcher on research reports (excel tables, graphs, correlations)
    • Participate in various stages of quantitative research projects from different domains: FMCG, pharmaceutical, telecommunication, etc;
    • Develops his skills and knowledge in order to be assigned with more complex tasks and projects:
      • methodological proposals writing 
      • complex statistical analysis
      • conclusions and recommendations.

     

    Profile of the ideal candidate:

    • Background in Sociology/ Cybernetics/ Marketing/ Economics/ Mathematics and Computer Science;
    • Good computer literacy with focus on PowerPoint, Excel and Word
    • Good statistics literacy with application in market research could be a plus
    • Knowledge of statistical analysis software (SPSS, etc.) is a plus

    Job description:
    We are looking to hire operators for Bucharest and other areas of the country (all counties) for market research projects and opinion polls.
    The interview operator is the person who recruits and interviews respondents in the field, for a market research project, on the street or at the respondent’s home.

    The studies conducted are quantitative, such as: door to door, business to business, mystery shopper, medical, locations (pretesting, sampling) or qualitative, such as focus groups, etc.
